EXPERIENCE
Mr. Gregg joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on regulatory, contractual, corporate, labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gregg served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alaska for five years where he gained a unique insight into the challenges of developing infrastructure in Alaska. He has a substantial knowledge of matters pertaining to environmental permitting and compliance, natural resource management, transportation law, eminent domain, and many facets of land use, especially pertaining to public lands.
Before coming to Alaska, Mr. Gregg was a staff attorney at the Mountain States Legal Foundation and spent several years in private practice in the Mountain West, specializing in property rights, public lands advocacy, and resource development.
EDUCATION
Mr. Gregg graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009. He received his law degree from the University of Idaho in 2013. During law school, Mr. Gregg served as a judicial extern for the Hon. B. Lynn Winmill of the U.S. District of Idaho and was the recipient of a scholarship from the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. He also served as captain of the moot court team that won Best Petitioner Brief in the Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition.
